Step 1: Site Visit

Our Business Account Manager and Fiber Technician will visit your business to review your needs and plan how fiber will be installed.

Step 2: Signed Quote and Contract

A quote and a contract are issued and require signature to move forward.

Step 3: Service Drop

Construction will begin to extend the fiber cable to the area receiving service.

Step 4: Scheduling

Once the fiber drop is completed and tested, our team will contact you to schedule an installation.

Step 5: Business Installation

Our technician will be on site to complete the installation and connect your service.
